Questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the CRM. The live dashboard and your team seats are included.
What do I need to use it?
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for the workbook, and any web browser for the live dashboard.
Who can see my numbers?
Only the people you add to your team by email. You can remove someone at any time and their access ends.
Is it built for one print method?
No. Screen printing, DTF, embroidery, laser, UV, awards and signs are all built in, and you can rename methods in Settings.
Can customers pay online through it?
Not yet. Online invoice payments are in testing and planned for our CRMs. Today you track invoices and what's owed.
