Hold your design in your hands this week. Our six-printer farm in Copley turns CAD files into accurate prototypes in 3 to 5 business days, or 2 days on rush. No outsourcing and no waiting on a factory in another state.

Prototyping that keeps your project moving

• Fast iterations. Send revision 2 on Monday and pick it up later in the week. Run several design variations side by side on separate printers.
• Real materials, not just PLA. Test fit and function in PETG, ASA, TPU or carbon fiber nylon so your prototype behaves like the final part.
• Accurate parts. Bambu Lab X1 Carbon and P1S printers with automatic calibration deliver repeatable dimensions for fit checks.
• Parts up to 256 mm (10 in) per piece, with larger prototypes printed in sections and joined.
• Your files stay private. We use them only to quote and print your order.

From prototype to production

When your design is final, the same farm can print a small production run of 10 to 5,000 parts with no tooling costs. It is a smart way to launch a product or bridge the gap before injection molds are ready.

Pricing

Prototypes are priced by weight: $0.12 per gram for PLA up to $0.40 per gram for carbon fiber nylon, plus a $5 setup fee per order. See the full 3D printing price list.

Every part is printed in our shop at 1351 S Cleveland Massillon Rd, Unit U-8, Copley, OH 44321, about 10 minutes from downtown Akron. Pickup is free, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and we ship anywhere in the US.
