Cancellation policy

How memberships work. Train Like Big Hump memberships (Member $25/month or Premium $45/month) are monthly subscriptions. Your first order includes a one-time $50 setup fee plus your first month. After that, your membership renews automatically every month at the same price, charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel.

Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your customer account (Subscriptions) or by emailing sales@buckeyebrandingcompany.com. There's no cancellation fee. Canceling stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Changing your plan. To switch between Member and Premium, cancel your current plan and join the other one, or email us and we'll help.

Price changes. If we ever change the monthly price, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal.

Refunds. Monthly charges and the setup fee aren't refunded once billed. If you were charged after canceling or by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund that charge. See our Refund policy.

Who can join. If you're under 18, you need a parent's permission to join.
