Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the CRM. The live dashboard and your team seats are included.
What do I need to use it?
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for the workbook, and any web browser for the live dashboard.
Who can see my numbers?
Only the people you add to your team by email. You can remove someone at any time and their access ends.
Can it handle both residential service and commercial projects?
Yes. Service calls and projects are tracked separately, and the dashboard shows both side by side.
Can customers pay online through it?
Not yet. Online invoice payments are in testing and planned for our CRMs. Today you track invoices and what's owed.
