Holiday gift FAQ

When do I need to order for Christmas?

Approve your proof by Friday, December 4 for shipped orders, or by Friday, December 11 for pickup at our Copley shop by Saturday, December 19. Orders of 100 pieces or more should be placed by Friday, November 20.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single engraved gift or hundreds. Larger orders get volume pricing.

Is there an early-bird discount?

Yes. Orders placed by Friday, November 6 get 10% off engraved gifts and awards. Use code EARLYBIRD10 at checkout, or send a quote request by November 6 and we'll apply it to your quote.

Will I see a proof first?

Yes. We send a free digital proof showing your logo and any text on the gift, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

Can each gift have a different name?

Yes. Send us a list of names with your order and we'll engrave each piece individually.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) gives the sharpest engraving, but PNG and JPG work too. If your logo needs cleanup, we'll take care of it.

Do you ship?

Yes, anywhere in the US. Local pickup at our Copley shop is free, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Can you do something that isn't listed here?

Probably. We also engrave awards, plaques, leather patches and more, and we make apparel and 3D-printed pieces. Tell us what you have in mind in your quote request.
