Simple 3D printing pricing
One price per gram covers material, machine time and finishing. There's a $5 setup fee per order and a $15 order minimum. Bigger orders get automatic discounts.

A real print farm, not a middleman
Many "3D printing service Akron" results send your files to a factory in another state. We print every part ourselves in Copley, on six enclosed Bambu Lab printers: three X1 Carbon and three P1S.
- Six printers running in parallel. A 200-piece order prints across the whole farm, not one machine, so production runs finish in days instead of weeks.
- Engineering materials on our X1 Carbons. Our three X1 Carbon printers have hardened steel nozzles, 300 °C hotends and enclosed chambers, so carbon fiber nylon, ASA and ABS print cleanly, not just PLA.
- Accurate, repeatable parts. Automatic bed leveling and calibration on every printer, so part 1 and part 500 match.

How much does 3D printing cost?
Most parts cost $0.12 to $0.40 per gram depending on material, plus a $5 setup fee per order and a $15 order minimum. A single palm-sized PLA part usually comes to $15 to $25. Upload an STL above for an instant estimate.
What file types do you accept?
STL, 3MF, STEP/STP and OBJ, up to 20 MB each. Bigger files or assemblies can be zipped or emailed to sales@buckeyebrandingcompany.com.
How fast can I get my parts?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you approve the quote. Rush orders in 2 business days add 30%. Large production runs are scheduled across all six printers.
What is the largest part you can print?
Each printer builds parts up to 256 x 256 x 256 mm (about 10 x 10 x 10 inches). Larger parts can be split, printed in sections and joined.
Which material should I choose?
PLA for prototypes and indoor display parts. PETG for tough everyday parts. ASA for anything outdoors. TPU for flexible parts. Carbon fiber nylon for the strongest, stiffest parts. Not sure? Pick "recommend one for me" and tell us what the part does.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum quantity: one part is fine. The minimum order total is $15.
Can you print from a photo or a broken part?
Often, yes. Send photos with measurements, or bring the part to our Copley shop. We'll quote the modeling and the print.
