Custom shirts and hoodies (printed)
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Turn the garment inside out and wash cold with similar colors, using mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the print. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.
- Do not dry clean.
Leather patch hats
- Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not put hats in the washing machine or dishwasher.
- Let it air dry, and keep it out of long, direct sun.
Engraved and full-color printed tumblers and mugs
- Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Wash the lid separately.
- Not dishwasher safe. The heat and detergent can wear down the coating and printed colors.
- Do not use abrasive pads or harsh cleaners, and do not microwave or freeze.
Glass, crystal and acrylic awards
- Dust with a soft microfiber cloth.
- For smudges, spray glass cleaner onto the cloth, not the award. Do not use paper towels on acrylic, because they scratch.
Wood plaques and boards
- Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and keep them away from standing water.
- Cutting and serving boards: hand wash, dry right away, and oil occasionally with food-safe mineral oil.
Full-color printed awards, plaques and gifts
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents or scrubbers on the printed area.
