Shipping policy

Production times: DTF transfers and gang sheets are printed in about 4 hours. Custom apparel, awards and engraved items take 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Large orders may take longer, and we’ll confirm your date with your proof.

Shipping (US): DTF transfers ship for $5.95 flat, free on transfer orders of $75+. Everything else ships UPS, with rates calculated at checkout. You’ll get tracking by email when it ships.

Free local pickup: choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at 1351 S Cleveland Massillon Rd, Unit U-8, Copley, OH 44321. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
