Carbon Fiber 3D Printing Service

Carbon fiber nylon 3D printed jig measured with calipers

Strong, stiff, lightweight parts without machining. We print carbon fiber filled nylon (PA6-CF and PAHT-CF), PETG-CF and PLA-CF on Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printers. Their hardened steel nozzles, 300 °C hotends and enclosed chambers are built for abrasive engineering materials.

Why carbon fiber filament

  • Stiffness. Chopped carbon fibers make parts far more rigid than standard plastic, with less flex under load.
  • Heat resistance. Nylon CF holds its shape at temperatures that soften PLA and PETG, which suits parts near motors and machinery.
  • Light weight. A practical alternative to aluminum for many brackets, mounts and fixtures.
  • Clean matte finish that hides layer lines and looks professional.

Carbon fiber parts we print

  • Assembly jigs, drill guides and end-of-arm tooling
  • Machine brackets, guards and replacement parts
  • Drone, RC and robotics frames and mounts
  • Automotive brackets and interior pieces
  • Camera rigs and tool holders

Choosing the right carbon fiber material

  • PLA-CF, $0.28/g: stiff and easy to print, for indoor fixtures and display parts.
  • PETG-CF, $0.28/g: tougher and more impact resistant than PLA-CF.
  • PA6-CF / PAHT-CF, $0.40/g: our strongest option, for functional and high-heat parts.
