How it works

1. Settings: the party type is already Retirement party. Type the date, start time, length, venue, the hosts, the gift collection goal and the serving style.
2. Guest List: add guests. Paste your RSVP form replies on the RSVP Import tab, or update RSVPs from your phone on the Quick Log. Log contributions on Dues & Collection.
3. Countdown: work through the checklist, set the program order, log costs with who paid, and print the run sheet for the day.

• The file includes a sample party so you can see it working; START HERE lists exactly which cells to clear.
