Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. People order one piece at a time, and we print orders together in batches so everything arrives at once.
Who pays for the gear?
Your choice. Employees or customers can pay at checkout, or the company can cover the cost. We'll set it up the way that works for your business.
Is the store public?
No. Your store is a private page that isn't listed on our site. Only people you share the link with can find it.
How long do orders take?
Most orders are ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Need something for a date? Call us first and we'll tell you if we can make it.
Can we add items later?
Yes. Add new hires, seasonal items, event shirts or new colors any time. Just tell us and we'll update the store.
What does it cost to set up?
Building your sample store is free, so you can see exactly what it would look like before you decide anything.
