Gestational Diabetes Log (Digital Download)

$7.99 USD

A gestational diabetes log that follows your clinic's schedule. Log fasting and after-meal readings from your phone in a few taps, and send your care team one clean weekly sheet. Works in Google Sheets (free) and Excel.

1 hour or 2 hours after meals, timed from the first bite or from finishing: set it to match what your clinic told you. The schedule starts on a sample setting you change in Settings. No target numbers are pre-filled: it uses your clinic's numbers.

Light or dark, your choice

You get two versions of the same spreadsheet: Daylight (bright and clean) and Midnight (dark mode, easier on the eyes for bedtime and early-morning checks). Same tabs, same features. Print from the Daylight file for the cleanest paper copy.

What's inside

  • Gestational Diabetes Log spreadsheet (.xlsx) for Excel and Google Sheets
  • FREE: Midnight dark-mode version of the spreadsheet (same features)
  • Printables (one .zip file): 7 pages in US Letter, A4 and Low-Ink black and white
  • Quick-Start Guide (PDF)

Spreadsheet tabs (12)

  • START HERE: 3 steps, how to clear the sample data, privacy tips
  • Dashboard: pregnancy week, days and checks logged, average of logged fasting readings, counts within the numbers you entered, next appointment, 4 live charts and a week picker
  • Settings: due date, test schedule, units, meal names, your clinic's numbers (blank until you type them), how you send readings, your medicine list as written
  • Quick Log: one row per check, made for your phone
  • Daily Log: one row per day, fills itself from the Quick Log, plus what you ate and how you felt
  • Weekly Clinic Sheet: the familiar 7-day grid, filled from your log
  • Food Diary, Meds & Insulin (words only, no math), Ketones (only if your clinic asked), Activity & Sleep
  • Appointments & Questions: OB, midwife, specialist, dietitian, educator, scans
  • After Birth: a blank page for the follow-up date your care team gives you

FAQ

My clinic tests 2 hours after meals. Does this work?
Yes. Pick 1 hour, 2 hours or your own minutes in Settings, and choose first bite or finishing. The printables come in 1-hour and 2-hour versions.

Does it come with target numbers?
No. Clinics give different numbers, so no target numbers are pre-filled. If your care team gave you numbers, type them in Settings and the counts follow them.

Does it flag readings or tell me what to do?
No. It logs, counts and charts what you type, in neutral colors. It doesn't calculate doses, give treatment or diet advice, or send alerts.

Is my data private?
Your log lives in your own Google Drive or on your computer. We never see it. Send your clinic a PDF of the weekly sheet, not an edit link.

Log and track only. Not medical advice. This log doesn't replace your care team. Always follow your care team's plan.
