FAQ

Is the mortgage payment exact?
No. It's a planning estimate using the standard loan payment formula. Your lender's Loan Estimate is the real number, and you can type it in.

Do I need Excel?
No. A free Google account and Google Sheets work great.

We're renting, not buying. Does it still work?
Yes, but our Moving Planner & New Home Kit is the better fit.

Do I need to enter bank or account numbers?
No. No bank or account numbers are needed or stored.
