How it works

1. Check out. Your download link appears right after checkout and in your order confirmation email, so you can download instantly.
2. Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with > Google Sheets.
3. Fill in Trip Setup: dates, trip type, weather, laundry and traveler names.
4. Pack and mark X. The dashboard updates by itself.

• Google Sheets (free with a Google account), on a computer and in the Google Sheets phone app

• No macros and no add-ons
• Not built for Apple Numbers
• Printables: any home printer or print shop, US Letter or A4. The Low-Ink version saves toner.

FAQ

Can I change the quantities?
Yes. Type your own number in Your Qty, or change the rule in the Item Library so it sticks for every trip.

Can each person use it on their phone?
Yes. Share the Google Sheet and everyone ticks off their own list.

Can I reuse it?
Yes. Make a copy for each trip (steps on the Saved Trips tab).

Can I mix trip types?
Pick the main trip type, then set extra items to Always in the Item Library.
