The price
Bought separately: $25.97 at our regular prices ($9.99 + $7.99 + $7.99). The bundle is $19.99, a straight price.
Why this one
- The Bill Tracker matches every bill to the paycheck that pays it and shows what is left on each of your next 6 paychecks. Room for 100 bills, weekly to yearly, with a + Calendar reminder link on every bill
- The Paycheck Budget plans every category each month, tracks sinking funds and lists up to 10 debts with a Snowball or Avalanche payoff order and a debt-free date
- The Debt Consolidation Calculator puts each loan or balance-transfer offer next to keeping things as they are: monthly payment, total interest and fees, payoff months and the break-even month
- 7 different savings challenges between them, all counting what you have done, never streaks: 52-week, 26-paycheck, 100 envelopes, $5 bills, no-spend days, custom goals and Save 5,000 in a Year
- Every spreadsheet comes in Daylight and Midnight, works in Excel 2016 or newer and free Google Sheets, has no macros, and has no place for account numbers or passwords
- 24 printable pages in all, each in US Letter, A4 and Low-Ink
Light or dark, your choice
Each spreadsheet comes as two files with the same features: the bright Daylight version and the Midnight dark version, easier on the eyes at night. Print from Daylight for the cleanest paper copy.
A good order for your money reset
- Week 1, Bill Tracker: type how often you are paid and one payday, then list every bill. See which paycheck pays each one and add calendar reminders.
- Week 2, Paycheck Budget: give the rest of each paycheck a job, set sinking funds and pick a debt payoff plan.
- When an offer arrives, Debt Consolidation Calculator: compare it with your current payoff before you decide.
How it works
- Check out. Your download link appears right after checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- Unzip each file (on a phone, tap it in the Files app). Each zip makes one folder for one tool.
- Open a .xlsx in Excel, or tap "Use in Google Sheets" in that tool's Quick Start Guide to make your own copy (needs a free Google account).
What each tool does
- Bill Tracker & Savings Challenges: Paycheck Plan, Bill Calendar, Paid Checklist, Quick Log for your phone, Bill History, Year at a Glance, Bill Sinking Funds, a subscription audit with renewal reminders, and 6 savings challenges
- Paycheck Budget, Debt Payoff & Savings: money dashboard, Quick Entry for your phone, Paycheck Plan, Monthly Budget (planned vs actual), Sinking Funds, Debt Payoff (Snowball or Avalanche) and 3 savings challenges
- Debt Consolidation Calculator: My Debts (up to 15), Options to Compare, a side-by-side Comparison with a "worth it?" status for each option, a Payment Tracker and a dashboard
Good to know about the bundle
- The three files are separate spreadsheets: numbers do not flow between them by themselves. Copy a total across when you want to.
- There is some overlap on purpose. Both the Bill Tracker and the Paycheck Budget have a paycheck plan, sinking funds (the Bill Tracker's are for bills only) and the 52-week and 100-envelope challenges, and both the Paycheck Budget and the Debt Consolidation Calculator show Snowball and Avalanche payoff orders. The Bill Tracker goes deeper on bills (any frequency, reminders, calendar); the Paycheck Budget covers the whole budget and debt payoff.
- Each tool is the same file we sell on its own, nothing removed.
Compatibility
- Google Sheets (free) on a computer, phone or tablet
- Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer for Windows and Mac, and Excel for the web
- No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install
- Printables: any PDF reader, any home printer, US Letter or A4
Good to know
- Not financial advice. These are trackers and calculators for your own numbers. They do not pay bills, move money, connect to your bank or recommend any lender. Debt math is an estimate from the numbers you enter.
- Home equity loans and lines of credit are secured by your home. Check every offer's real terms, and consider a nonprofit credit counselor before you decide.
- Each file includes sample data so you can see it working; each tool's START HERE tab lists which cells to clear.
