• Surprise or not: a task to decide early, who brings the guest of honor, and a run sheet that starts with lights down (the printable plan adds the cover story and the arrival signal)

How it works

1. Settings: the party type is already Milestone birthday. Type the date, start time, length, venue, co-hosts and serving style.
2. Guest List: add guests by household. Paste your RSVP form replies on the RSVP Import tab, or update RSVPs from your phone on the Quick Log. The food math, counts and Dashboard update by themselves.
3. Countdown: work through the checklist, log costs with who paid, and print the run sheet for the day.
