Gala & Fundraiser Seating Chart Planner (Digital Download)

Seat sponsors, honorees, donors and volunteers the easy way: drag each guest onto a chair and watch your tables fill up.

Built for galas and fundraisers: color-coded groups for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors, Honorees, Board, VIP, Donors and Volunteers, plus guest fields for organization, sponsor level, paid / comped, bid paddle number and table captain. Venue elements include stage, podium, silent auction tables, registration, bar and photo backdrop.

How it works: it's an interactive planner that opens in your web browser. Nothing to install, no account, no subscription, and it works offline. Draw your room to scale, add round, banquet, square, head and high-top tables, import your guest list from any spreadsheet (CSV), then drag each guest onto a chair. Swap seats, seat a whole party at once, get warnings for "keep apart" pairs, and watch live counts of who's seated and how many meals each table needs.

Print-ready event pack: floor plan with table numbers and a color legend, seating list by table, A–Z guest finder for check-in, caterer meal and dietary summary, place cards, table cards and a CSV for your venue.

What you get (instant download): the planner app (.html), a how-to guide with screenshots (PDF), a guest list template (CSV) and a sample printout pack (PDF). Works in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a Mac, PC, Chromebook or iPad. Phones are too small for drag-and-drop planning.
