How it works

1. Settings: the party type is already Family reunion. Type the date, start time, length, venue, the committee as co-hosts, the dues per adult and per guest under 18, and the serving style.
2. Guest List: add guests by household. Paste your RSVP form replies on the RSVP Import tab, or update RSVPs from your phone on the Quick Log. Dues, the food math and the Dashboard update by themselves.
3. Countdown: work through the 12-month checklist, log dues and costs, collect T-shirt sizes, and print the run sheet for the day.
