How it works

1. Check out. Your download link appears right after checkout and in your order confirmation email, so you can download instantly.
2. Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with > Google Sheets.
3. Enter your shop details on Settings and clear the sample rows.
4. Log orders (or paste your CSV), expenses and miles, then check your dashboard.

FAQ

Are the Etsy fees up to date?
The defaults are current US Etsy rates as of late 2026. Etsy changes fees from time to time, and every rate is a setting you can update in seconds.

I'm not in the US. Will it work?
Yes. Change the fee rates on Settings to match your country. The tax tab follows the US IRS quarterly schedule.

Can I use it next year?
Yes. Change the tax year on Settings and all the months, quarters and due dates update.

Is this tax advice?
No. It organizes your numbers and suggests a savings amount. Please talk with a tax professional about what you owe.
